Publisher Perfect 10 has filed numerous DMCA complaints demanding removal of links and images from search engines. (Perfect10.com is an adult magazine and website featuring nude models, with the tag "The world's most beautiful natural women.") Perfect 10 sued Google in 2004, and got a mixed ruling from the District Court: The court ruled for Perfect 10 against Google's cached thumbnail images, but ruled for Google that links to allegedly infringing content would not make Google liable.
