On Friday, Sept. 30, 2005, I faxed a formal notice of complaint regarding a copyright violation involving one of our staff graphics being used on blogger.com., one of your companies.As of today, the graphic has not been removed from the site in question, which is:

The graphic shown on this page (attached) is copyrighted material from The Sacramento Bee. The artist, Olivia Nguyen, is a staff artist in our news graphics department.
The Bee does not allow online posting of copyrighted material, although the poster can link to sacbee.com, our web site.
We request that the improperly posted, copyrighted material be taken from the site immediately.

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the allegedly infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
