Abstract: The Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) is a new procedure for arbitrating domain names disputes, implemented in January by ICANN. The first globally enforceable anti-cybersquatting remedy, the UDRP is also the Internet's first mandatory deliberation mechanism. The CLE series introduced practitioners to UDRP rules and explored the policy's impact on trademark owners and domain name holders.
