1. All Google websites which can be read, accessed or downloaded in the United Kingdom (including, but not limited www.google.com. www.google.co.uk etc). The English courts exercise jurisdiction in all cases where the material is accessible in the United Kingdom regardless of whether the site is intended for the United Kingdom or not.
