Re: GOOGLE REMOVAL REQUEST
To: Google User Support. On www.google.nl and www.google.com when entering my name [redacted] I find the following search results: [redacted] Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Dutch citizen living in Holland. I was advised by an attorney to send this fax to the Google User Support helpdesk. Each of the search results identified above contains defamatory information about me that is not permitted under the laws of the country in which I reside or am a citizen. Each of the search results above contains private information like my picture, full name, address, and telephone numbers. This is a severe violation of the Dutch law. I have a good faith belief that the information specified above violates my rights, is not authorized by me, and is otherwise not permitted by applicable law. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate. Kind regards, [redacted]
