Further to our telephone discussion of April 7, 2005, we confirm that our client obtained an Order compelling your Blogger member, "babytameron" also known as [redacted] to delete certain defamatory material regarding our clients. Please find enclosed a copy of the Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice R. Gates dated April 5, 2005. You will note from the Order the following:

1. Justice Gates determined that the words and statements set out in Schedule "A" of the Order were libellous and defamatory and therefore ordered [redacted] to remove, delete, and/or expunge same from the above-noted internet site.
