In November 2004 we were in correspondence with your colleagues at 'comments@google.com' about a defamatory web-space, which had been created by an ex-employee of our client JD Automotive Ltd. This person has used the web-space to write defamatory and libellous material about the company.

The information contained in the web-space is libellous, contains untrue statements and is defamatory.
