Re: Defamatory Webspace
Dear Sir: In November 2004 we were in correspondence with your colleagues at 'comments@google.com' about a defamatory web-space, which had been created by an ex-employee of our client JD Automotive Ltd. This person has used the web-space to write defamatory and libellous material about the company. [redacted] What information violates (our Client's) rights?
The information contained in the web-space is libellous, contains untrue statements and is defamatory. What is the reason why we believe the information violate (our client's) rights? The web-space is in breach of the Misrepresentation Act of 1979 (UK). [redacted]
