Though I have never been convicted of any crimes whatsoever, without any color of right or verifications, you have allowed your search engine to publish and disseminate lies and slanderous remarks against my person by anti-Semites and hate mongers such as Ernst Zundel and Orest Slepakura etc, etc, etc.

These individuals and others sharing their anti-Semitic opinions have made your search engine a trustee and purveyor of their slanderous remarks and despicable lies and innuendoes.

As a businessman with multi million dollar business transactions in play on a daily basis, your actions have caused me billions of dollars in damages, as I have been victimized by having my name bandied about carelessly by you with all of the aforementioned hate propaganda.

I am therefore, by the present, demanding that since you appear not to be able to properly report who I am, what I do, and what my past consists of, that you remove forthwith everything about me from your search engine altogether.

Should you fail to do as requested, I will instruct my attorneys to institute libel action against you as a conspirator in defaming my good name.

I will wait only five (5) working days from your receipt of the presents, to hear from you on this matter before proceeding on same and trust that your immediate corrective action will avoid any unpleasantries between us.
