Please fill in the form to the side, including as much information as you want to give to the Chilling Effects clearinghouse.

Use the "Keep Private" checkboxes to indicate any information you do not want shown to the public. Private data will not be shown in the public database, but will only be visible to the participating organizations (law school clinics and the Electronic Frontier Foundation). Unless one of the clinics has specifically agreeed to represent you individually, which the clinics may do on a case-by-case basis, there is no attorney-client relationship with you.

If you have scanned images of a physical letter, the next screen will give you email, fax, and postal addresses -- and a NoticeID to identify the information with -- after you submit this form. The next screen will also give you the opportunity to enter links to relevant websites and other information.
