Enclosed please find a copy of Exhibit HR-2, submitted by the complainants in the matter of the human rights complaint filed against Ernst Zundel and his web-site (www.zundelsite.org) and heard by the Tribunal of the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
Exhibit HR-2 is provided to Google as part of an ongoing email exchange (a portion of which is attached for your reference) between Google and Canadian Jewish Congress Ontario Region. The exhibit provides a listing of 33 documents which were found by the Tribunal to be in contravention of section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.
In previous correspondence with Google (November 17, 2004) we have provided a copy of the Reasons for Decision issued by the Tribunal of the Canadian Human Rights Commission in the matter of Ernst Zundel and the web-site knows as
