The site in question has stolen the source code of businessranks.com and republished the site, wholesale, changing only the banners. Businessranks.com has been in existence since January 2004. The theft occurred sometime after March 2005, the date that the owner registered the domain, worldbusienssranking.info

The entire site of www.worldbusinessranking.info has plagiarized/scraped/stolen from businessranks.com verbatim. Businessranks.com can be reached via email at info@businessranks.com. The alleged infringer, and owner, of worldbusinessranking.info is: [private], [private], Seshadripuram, Bangalore, India. His email address is listed as: [private]@gmail.com

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the allegedly infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. Additionally, I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

The theft occurred sometime after September 2004, as, according to:

The entire site of www.businessdirectory.com has plagiarized/scraped/ stolen from businessranks.com verbatim. Businessranks.com can be reached via email at info@businessranks.com. The alleged infringer, and owner, of newbusinessdirectory.com is: [private], [private], Centreville, VA, 20120, phone [private], Fax [private]. His email address is listed as: [private]@shentel.net; however, emails to that address are bounced back.
